Real Estate is a supply and demand comodity, therefore by watching statistics and changes in inventory, we can anticipate what will happen to pricing. With the unseasonably warm springlike weather, we are seeing earlier than average activity in listings.
Our REALTOR software changed to a new system and presently we are not able to obtain the statstical data in the manner we could previouly.
